Advocacy Services
In advocating, advising and coaching our clients through the buying or selling process we have no conflicts of interest in as much as we do not charge commissions like agents do, primarily on a success basis which usually incurs a hefty commission and thus we have no personal investment in whether the client buys or sells except for a sense of satisfaction that comes from a job well done.
We do charge for our time and expertise, advocacy, advice and coaching, dependent on the level of demands made on our resources, but our aim is to keep costs as low as possible bearing in mind that duty calls when duty calls which can be inconvenient on a Saturday night with guests visiting for a family celebration, but this is the task and one must take the good with the bad and interruption to the social calendar is par for the course and a downside of being a part of a service industry when outcomes are or can be critical and reliant on an appropriate and timely response.
